With beginning the New year, the Smartphone companies are in race to launch their first Smartphone of the year. Now, it seems that micromax is also planning to join this race as company is planning to launch upgraded version of its budget friendly Smartphone Micromax Bharat 5.

Company recently launched the Bharat 5 in December last year, Bharat 5 plus is a successor of Bharat 5. Micromax Bharat 5 plus is listed on the company’s official website but there is no information is reveled about the price but it has listed the full specification of the mobile. Micromax Bharat 5 was launched at a price of Rs. 5,555. The main highlight of Bharat 5 was that it is 4G VOLTE enabled and it has a long lasting battery of 5000mah.

Specifications:-

The Micromax Bharat 5 plus device has a 5.2-INCH HD display with 2.5D curved glass coating, with a resolution of (720*1280 pixels). It is also highlights that the device display offers around 400nits of brightness.

Coming to the processor, the device is powered by 1.3GHz Quad-core Mediatek processor with 2GB of DDR3 RAM. The device has 16GB internal storage that can be expendable to 64GB via a micro SD card slot.

Coming to the camera’s, the device will come with a rear 8MP Autofocus camera with LED flash which offers different modes like panorama, Time Lapse, Watermark, Beauty mode and even a ‘Bokeh’ effect mode.

On the front side, there is a 5MP front facing shooter camera which offers portrait mode and beauty mode. The front camera has 83.3 degree wide-angles lens.

The phone has a big and long lasting power backup as the device consist a 5000mah big battery, which the company claims that the battery can provide charge for 21 days standby time.

In terms of connectivity, the phone supports OTG cable,4G VOLTE, WI-FI 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.0, FM-radio,3.5mm audio jack, GPS and a micro USB port.

There is no official detail provide by the company of the price of this device. The micromax Bharat 5 plus is likely to compete with Xioami redmi 5A and Nokia 2 which comes at 4,999 and 6,999 respectfully.
