Sony launched Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 ultra and  Xperia L2:-

With the beginning of 2018, all mobile companies are in a race to launch their first Smartphone of the year, so continuing this trend now Sony has released their first Smartphone of the year in a trio pack as Sony has launched three smartphones that are Xperia XA2, Xperia XA2 ultra and xperia L2.

Sony xperia XA2 and XA2 ultra are upgraded version of its previously launched Xperia XA1 and XA1 ultra. These phones are launched as selfie centric smartphones. Company has worked upon these two device’s key feature like battery, camera and processor. On the other hand, Sony Xperia L2 tag as budget Smartphone, which comes the 5.5 HD display and 3GB RAM.

Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 ultra is expected to be available in select markets in starting February 2018, while Sony Xperia L2 is expected to be available in late January. However, the prices and its availability in India are not disclosed yet.

Specifications of Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 ultra:-

Sony Xperia XA2 and XA2 ultra both Smartphone focus on photography and are slightly different by specifications.

Display:-

          

Sony Xperia XA2 comes with 5.2 Inch full HD (1080*1920) display with a resolution of 424 PPI, as compare to XA2, XA2 ultra has larger full HD (1080*1920) pixel 6 Inch display with a resolution of 367 PPI.

Processor:-

                

The both devices are powered up with an octa-core snapdragon 630 processor clocked at 2.2GHz coupled with Adreno 308 GPU. Sony Xperia XA2 comes with a single variant of 3GB and 32GB storage, while XA2 ultra offers two variants one with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage and other is 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. The storage of both smartphones can be expandable to upto 256GB by a micro-SD card.

Camera:-

           

 The both smartphones are claimed to be focused on photography. The both devices come with 23 megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and flashlight. Moreover, Sony’s large ½.3 Exmor RS for mobile image sensor and ISO 12,800 sensitivity to take picture in low-light conditions. For video recording, both Smartphone supports 4K video recording and 120fps slow motion video recording.

Coming to the front camera, Sony Xperia XA2 has an 8 megapixel selfie camera with 120 degree lens to take selfie from wide angle. On the other hand, Sony Xperia A2 ultra has a dual camera setup on the front in which one camera is of 16 Megapixel and other is of 8 Megapixel. In Sony Xperia XA2 ultra only 8 Megapixel can take selfies from wide-angles.

Operating system:-

                                 

  Both Xperia A2 and Xperia A2 ultra run on Android Oreo operating system out of the box. In terms of battery, Xperia XA2 comes with 3300mah battery whereas Xperia XA2 ultra has 3580mah battery.

Connectivity:-

                        

Both devices comes with 4G LTE connectivity and features like FM-radio, WI-FI, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, OTG support and USB Type-C port. Both devices support Qnovo Adaptive charging and Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 technologies.

Specification of Sony Xperia L2:-

The Sony Xperia L2 is the upgraded Smartphone of its previously launched L1 Smartphone. The device has Qualcomm snapdragon 630 soc processor assisted by 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. With the help of micro-SD card storage can be expended upto 256GB.

Coming to the camera, the device has a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash light. On the front, there is a 8 megapixel camera, with front camera wide angel selfie can be clicked with 120 degree lens.

The device will run on Android 7.1.1 nougat operating system out of the box. The device is powered with 3300mah battery. In terms of connectivity, it has WI-FI, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G support, OTG support, and micro-USB among others.

                       

This time Sony changed the trend of placement of its fingerprint sensor. Earlier the fingerprint sensor of Sony mobile devices was on the power button on the side but this time it is on the back. With this placement user can unlock their device quickly and with more convenience.
